ADCO is made up of the Bay Village Neighborhood Association, the Beacon Hill Civic Association, the Boston Chinatown Residents’ Association, the Fenway Civic Association, the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay, the North End Waterfront Residents’ Association, the South End Forum and the West End Civic Association.
While only registered short-term rentals are technically legal in Boston, the vast majority of Airbnb listings remain unregistered. This map shows the addresses and locations of all legally registered listings, as well as their type per the key below. For unregistered listings, when an address is available (acquired either via attempted registration or community research), it is shown along with its type – otherwise a 150m circle is shown. Multiple listings at a single address are shown as expandable “bubbles”.
